I had my first playdate with Justin and Kevin when I was about a year old. Today we had an ad hoc playdate and all of us had a lot of fun – making a mess of everything! We had taken literally every toys out of the cabinets. We had books, papers, color pencils, scissors, stickers, chocolate milk, popcorn all over the place!
By the time we left, we were exhausted (and so were our mommies) and fell asleep right away on our way home!
I don’t know why I was so upset about the other day that I burst into tears! Gor Gor immediately came and gave me a big hug and kiss! It worked like magic. I was happy again!
I think the reason why I like parties so much is because I like hanging out with older kids! Gor gor’s school friends are so kind to me and always treat me like a little princess!
I’m a firefighter!
Yo! I don’t need a workout. Bring me down!
I’m Bernice and Liz’s little princess
Enjoying my favourite food!
Gor Gor you are blocking my view. I can’t see the birthday cake!
Our Easter holiday was packed with different activities.
We were taken to the Wetland Park today with baby Jacob. The weather was not so good yesterday but we were lucky that it turned out fine this morning so we were all very excited about it.
It was a lovely park. There is a nice big lawn right by the side of the entrance. We were running about the place like three little rabbits. Baby Jacob was so big now and he could walk by himself, which added more fun to our visit!
After a quick lunch, we went to an indoor tree house which was equipped with a real tree house high above where children can climb up and slid down from there like what Tarzan did! Baby J and I were not allowed to go up there yet as we were still too small. We went to the smaller tree house nearby where there was a petite slide for us to play – not so fun for me now as I’m up for bigger challenge at the top. Mommy promised to let me go to the big girls’ tree house next time!
Mommy bumped into her friend Auntie Pao and uncle Henrich who were there with their son Mitch. He’s a very cute boy and he seemed very interested in playing with me because he always wanted to hold my hands and tickled my chin! We were playing by the river where we watched the fish and crocodile Bui Bui together.
It was so much fun and by the time we left I have already fell sound asleep on Mommy’s shoulder!
Big thanks to Kaiye who has taken so many nice pictures of us! Here are some of them….

I have been going to a lot of birthday parties with Gor Gor lately. Although they are all Gor Gor’s friends, I knew most of them because Gor Gor and I went to the same school.
I always enjoy going to birthday parties because 1) I like to play with older kids and follow them around; 2) I like being praised by the other moms for being cute (other than the face pinching part!); 3) I can stretch my athletics muscles and run around without stop; and 4) (the most important!) I like cakes and I can eat and drink whatever I like!
One more piece of cake please….
This car is awesome. It’s controlled by a remote control!
Can you believe it? I’m only 19 months old and I have already got a birthday invite from my school friend!
It was Austin’s 2 year-old birthday party last Saturday and all of our friends spent a lovely afternoon together celebrating his big day.
It was held at an indoor playground and I was having so much fun playing with my other friends in the balls pool and on the slides!
Recently I developed an interest of playing with all kinds of stationery, be it pencils, crayons, rulers, erasers, pencil sharpeners…etc so when I saw a big pile of colour pencils on the drawing table I couldn’t help rushing into that and starting to scribble ON my hand! Of course nobody (not even me) understood what I was trying to draw!
We sang the birthday songs for Austin and wished him happy birthday. Then it came to my favorite part – eating the cake – it tasted really good!
It’s a bright sunny day last Sunday. We went to have lunch with Grandpa and Grandma in their house and then we were taken to the park nearby their place.
Many people were walking their dogs in the park. We were so happy as both Gor Gor and me love dogs. We patted and played with the dogs and the dogs were so excited to see us too as they can’t stop licking and climbing on us!
Gor Gor was playing his scooter and I kept chasing after him hoping that Gor Gor would let me ride on his toy. Mom said I was still too small and couldn’t manage to ride on it yet but I will be ready soon when I grow a little bigger. I wish I could have a giant growth spurt by next weekend so I would be big enough to play the scooter!
This year Mom and Dad brought Gor Gor and me to a place which was freezing cold. Gor Gor told me we were in Korea and it was winter and snowing there that’s why it was so cold!
We were there for a week and Gor Gor was sent off to ski lessons for the entire week while I was babysit in the ski school’s playroom. The coach said I was too young and little and therefore it is not recommended for me to have any ski lessons. I was so jealous Gor Gor could have fun at the ski class while I was stuck in the playroom. But I know that with my lightning growth speed (I’m at 85 percentile in height!) I will soon be tall and strong enough to ski!
Apart from hanging out in the playroom, I was also playing outside in the snow and sledding with Mom and Dad and Gor Gor! From the video you may think I look a little bit serious and scared. Actually to your surprise I quite enjoyed the speed and the ride!
In the evening, we will be taken out to have dinner. It was my first taste of Korean food and I loved it. Korean barbecue, ginseng chicken soup, local handmade noodles, Korean fried rice and pancakes – all of them are simply delicious!
Here are some of the highlights of our trip. Enjoy!
